3/8" closed cell foam. They firmly contour to the hull to absorb wind and road shocks.

SECURITY: The huge 195 sq. in. grip area ensure that your kayak is secure. While
successfully tested in force 10 winds, we recommend bow and stern lines for long

SLOTS & STRAPS: The J-CRADLE is double slotted for easy use with the straps.
Our polypropylene straps cannot absorb water and have stainless steel cam style buckles
