Lumpy... lumpy?

There are a large number of variant legends about the origin of "Lumpy Noodles" [1]. The most likely explainations:

1. While writing my new set of webpages, I had to think of a name. That name, probably inspired by the Zappa album "Lumpy Gravy" was "Lumpy Noodles". Naming each page as Lumpy xxx seemed like an amusing idea at first, and it just kept going, ad nauseum.
2. I had a brain fart, and rather than expelling it, I decided to cherish it in a jar. I don't think this is a different explaination than 1, but it gives a pretty good idea of the spirit of the thing.
3. Most people don't think about it... in fact, they don't visit this site, and wouldn't even think reading a page entertaining notions on why the site has such a stupid name. The people who would, well, apparently they'll read anything. I could just put random words here, and they'd be just as happy. Butter fish banana nose.
