5.0 SEP Auditing Procedures

It is paramount that the initiatives outlined in the SEP be monitored with respect to implementation activities, target dates and results. This will be done using the following auditing procedures:

• Establishment of an auditing committee with representation from:
  • Town Council
  • BFDC
  • Tourism Sector
  • Manufacturing
  • Youth
  • IT
• Auditing committee will met on a quarterly basis to review the implementation schedule and make adjustments.
• Monthly progress reports will be submitted to Town Council and the BFDC Board of Directors.
• On a yearly basis, a general meeting of all stakeholders to review and update the SEP.
• Quarterly newsletter will contain information on the progress of the implementation schedule.
