The Newfoundland Right to Life Association is a charitable organization
that was formed in 1977 by a Memorandum of Association under The
Companies Act of the province. The Association has its registered
office in the City of St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada.
Membership in the Association is open to all residents of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. The management and administration of the affairs of the Association are governed by an elected Board of Directors, consisting of at least five and not more than twenty-five members. The President of the Board of Directors is the Chief Executive Officer of the Association. |
