This is a picture of the first church in Conche. I apologize for the poor quality but it was taken from a photocopy of an old picture, which I believe is a Milot print. A thumbnail of the original picture is below leading to a new scan..This church burned down around 1926

This is the second church, which many of the people who were inside it speak fondly of, and often say it was the best Conche ever had. It also burned down, around 1972.

This picture is of the present church in Conche. The parish priest is Father Edward Terry. Here is anotner, but coloured, picture of the church and the parish house.So far, no sparks reported....
